PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor type POS device which can reduce its occupying space and can acquire the discrimination information with a high degree of discrimination and with the relation secured between the image information and the data information. SOLUTION: This POS device contains a screen selection switch 8, a monitor camera 9, an image transmission means 10, a VTR 11 and an image information processing means 12 in addition to an ordinary POS job execution means 2. In such a constitution, a POS job screen and a monitor job screen are selectively displayed or image-composed together and displayed on a single CRT 7. Furthermore, a 4th hard disk and a relation management means are added to process and store the image information in relation to the data information. Thus it is possible to obtain a monitor type POS device which can eliminate the duplication of an image display device, can reduce its occupying space, and can acquire the discrimination information with a high degree of discrimination. |
