PURPOSE: To provide an electric connecting device in which a satisfactory electric connection between a printed board and an electric equipment can be attained even when the printed board and the electric equipment are positionally shifted to each other in the assembling of the electric equipment or in the long- term use of the electric equipment. CONSTITUTION: In an electric connecting device for connecting the male terminal 9 of an electric equipment 1 to a conductive terminal consisting of a female terminal electrically connected to the circuit pattern of a printed board 2 to attain an electric continuity, a spherical part 10 is provided on the mounting base end side to the electric equipment 1 of the male terminal 9. A connector part 11 for receiving the spherical part 10 is provided on the electric equipment 1 side.
