PURPOSE: To reverse a hoop material without contacting a roller to an applying face by providing non-applied portions on right and left end portions of the hoop material when paste is continuously applied to both faces of the long hoop material, and supporting the non-applied portions by means of rollers so as to reverse the same. CONSTITUTION: A long hoop material 1 continuously passes in a hopper 3 storing paste 2 from down to up, the extra paste 2 is scraped off by a slit 4 so as to apply the paste 2 of a fixed thickness. This time, scrape devices 8, 8' are provided on the right and left of the slit 4 so as to scrape off the paste 2 of right and left end portions of the hoop material to secure the paste non-applied portions 5. This time, one pair of flange-like reverse roller 6, 6' radially equipped with contact pins 26 are rotated by a shaft 7 as synchronizing with the movement of the hoop material 2, the non-applied portions 5 of the hoop material end portions are successively held between the contact pins 26 and the flange portions so as to reverse the hoop material 1 by 180 degrees. Thereby, the hoop material is freely reversed so as to dry effectively. |
