摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain an optical master disk exposure device constituted to make the quantity of pits uniform and stable by executing light quantity control in accordance with an actual line speed. CONSTITUTION: This optical master disk exposure device executes recording of signals by projecting the light emitted from a laser beam source 5 for recording controlled by a light quantity control section 3 according to the parameter set by a parameter setting section 1 to a master disk 9 rotated by a spindle 8 via an objective lens head 7 moved in the radial direction of the disk by a carriage 6. The optical master disk exposure device described above is provided with a number of revolution detector 8A which detects the number of revolution of the master disk 9 and a position detector 6A which detects the radial position of the disk of the objective lens head 7 and an actual line speed processing section 4 which calculates the actual line speed in accordance with the detected number of revolutions of the disk and the radial position of the disk and applies the actual line speed to the light quantity control section 3. The device executes the light quantity control meeting the actual line speed by the light quantity control section 3.
