CONSTITUTION: When an overcurrent flows from a high voltage transformer part 1 through the electrifier, the number of times of the overcurrent intermittently flowing from the high voltage transformer part 1 through the electrifier are counted by a timer circuit 5a in a second overcurrent protection circuit part 5 according to the operation of a first overcurrent protection circuit part 4, and when the number of times counted by the timer circuit 5a arrive at the number of prescribed times, the intermittent high voltage output from the high voltage transformer part 1 to the electrfier is stopped, and the operation of the high voltage transformer 1 is stopped perfectly. |
