<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction term and suppress a cost of execution work in sound insulating construction of a governor room, by providing the first/second dividers and a means for connectably/separably operating these dividers. SOLUTION: In a governor station housing a governor 12 provided in the halfway of a pipe 11, in a governor room, a sound proof cover for a governor is mountably/demountably provided to cover the governor 12 so as to confine a noise caused by action of the governor 12. The first/second dividers 17a, 17b formed of a sound proof sheet and a connecting/separating means 18 with these first/second dividers 17a, 17b made connectable/separable are provided. In this way, direct sound proof treatment can be applied to the governor 12 itself to eliminate necessity for sound insulating construction over a governor room total unit, so that markedly shortening a construction term and saving a cost of execution can be attained. A noise from the governor 12 can be suppressed in the governor room to improve a work environment.</p> |
