PURPOSE: To facilitate adjustment of the degree of coupling by laminating together a 1st dielectric layer having a dielectric constant smaller than that of a dielectric substrate and a 2nd dielectric layer having a dielectric constant larger than that of the 1st dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION: The 1st and 2nd dielectric layers 29 and 30 are laminated together between two dielectric substrates 27 and 28. The layer 29 has dielectric constantε1 that is smaller than dielectric constantε3 of both substrates 27 and 28, and the layer 30 has dielectric constantε2 that is smaller than the constantε3 and larger than the constantε1. Then the degree of coupling can be varied when the thickness of the layer 30 is changed. For example, the substrates 27 and 28 use the substrates of high dielectric constantε3 (=10.5), the layer 29 uses a sheet of a Teflon film having dielectric constantε1 (=2), and the layer 30 uses two sheets of polyimide films having dielectric constantε2 (=3.5) respectively. The thickness of a sheet of polyimide film is set at 25μ. |
