PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately make a connection even if a fault occurs to a channel during dial origination by moving to a specific different channel and resending a dial number which were sent right before the movement unless the sent dial number is received by a master equipment. SOLUTION: The master equipment 110 when receiving digit number data sent from a slave equipment 120 send answer data showing the reception to the slave equipment 120. The equipment 120 once receiving the answer data sends dial data in a buffer memory to the master equipment 110 from the 1st digit of the telephone number. If the dial data is not sent from the slave equipment 120 within a certain time and a timer part 112 counts up, the channel is shifted to the radio channel right above the current channel and the timer part 112 is reset. If the answer data is not received by the slave equipment 120 from the master equipment 110 within a certain time and a timer part 125 counts up, the slave equipment 120 shifts the channel up to the channel right above, and resends the dial data after resetting the timer part 125.
