Aircraft landing gear giving vertical impulse when taking off

The aircraft landing gear comprises a casing (1) in which a hollow rod (3) slides and delimits with it a principal chamber (5) containing a hydraulic liquid and gas under pressure. A separating partition (9) across the chamber, within the hydraulic liquid, is drilled with passage openings (10). A locking valve (12) controls closing of the partition passage openings. A submerged hollow rod (2) fixed to the casing extends inside it. The first hollow sliding rod slides between the casing and the submerged rod. Both rods are in communication through intermediate holes (8) drilled in the submerged rod. The partition is located in the submerged rod above the intermediate openings. The locking valve is controlled by a control piston (14) located below the intermediate openings and connected to the valve by a control rod (15). A hollow needle (11) coaxial with the locking valve and control piston supplies control liquid.
