The stapling machine comprises shears formed of two blades (2,3) arranged outside the operating field assembling elements (9,10). A cutting tread (4) is positioned between the blades. The cutting edges of the blades are set so that the tread does not move between the cutting and stapling positions after the cut. A pushing element (9) slides to enable movement of the stapling head. A dismantlable mandrel operates with a bending element holding the cutting tread.
