PURPOSE: To obtain an optical card with magnetic stripes which has excellent scratching resistance and has excellent smoothness without the occurrence of crack by warping and bending. CONSTITUTION: Multilayered surface hardening layers 9 consisting of radiation curing type resins are formed on a transparent protective layer. These surface hardening layers 9 are provided with the magnetic stripes 10. The layers exclusive of the outermost layer of the surface hardening layers 9 or the outer layers after the formation of the magnetic stripes 10 on the transparent protective layer are formed, by which the outermost layer of the surface hardening layers 9 and the magnetic stripes 10 are formed flush with each other or the magnetic stripes 10 are embedded so as not to be exposed from the surface hardening layers 9 and, therefore, the optical card with the magnetic stripes 10 having good appearance is obtd. At least org. high polymer type leveling agents are added to the respective layers exclusive of the outermost layer of the surface hardening layers 9, by which the adhesion property of the respective layers is well maintained, the surface defects are eliminated, the warpage over the entire part is lessened and the optical card having the excellent bendability and scratching resistance is obtd. |
