PURPOSE: To heat a pan by a sufficient output without reducing the output without actuating the function of discriminating a stainless steel pan for an induction heating cooker. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum or aluminum alloy-made pan 1 is formed by inserting a magnetic material 4 in a bottom part and by radially exposing this magnetic material 4 in a bottom surface. A protruded part 5 is protrusively provided in the bottom surface of this pan 1, to support the pan 1 by this protruded part 5 to a cooking surface 7 an induction heating cooker 6, also to form a 1 to 3mm space (d) between these cooking surface 7 and electromagnetic material 4.
