PLAN EVALUATING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING PLAN

PURPOSE: To prepare a plan to be surely executed by changing load values and calculating an evaluation value when the rejection of a plan is notified from a plan execution part. CONSTITUTION: An input means 1 inputs a load value in each evaluation item of a prepared plan. An evaluation value calculating means 2 finds out an evaluation value by multiplying the load value inputted from the means 1 by each evaluation item and adding the multiplied value in each evaluation item. When an answer indicating the unreception of a plan is supplied from the plan execution part for executing the prepared plan, a load value changing means 3 changes the load value and the means 2 calculates an evaluation value. When a succeeding plan is prepared or selected by the use of the evaluation value, a plan reflecting the circumstances of the plan execution part can be prepared. Consequently a plan to be surely executed can be prepared.
