PURPOSE: To achieve a comfortable air conditioning in a space-saved room by using a space, for example, the space in a ceiling, plenum, of a building formed necessarily in the perimeter of a room in a small private room or a hut as chamber for assembling a room unit of a separation type air conditioning equipment. CONSTITUTION: In a space 13 made in the perimeter of a room, an air port 15 and a suction port 14 penetrated into the room from the space are arranged away from each other to form an air path 13. A filter 21, a blower 19 and a heat exchanger 20 are arranged in the air path while the heat exchanger is made up of a pair of header parts, a plurality of heat exchanger tubes and a metal wire which is wound across the heat exchanger tubes to make a cooling fin. |
