<p>PURPOSE: To easily assign a device to a formula by defining a series and a path that can be actualized for the formula, defining the device to be assigned to the path, and storing the definition information. CONSTITUTION: A defining means 5 regards a set of devices used to perform a batch process as the series and a process for producing products by using the devices in the series as a path, thus defining the series and path which can be actualized for the formula. A storage means 6 stores the definition information of the defining means 5. A retrieval means 7 when inputting the formula retrieves the series and path defined for the inputted formula from the storage means 6. When there are plural series and paths retrieved by the retrieving means 7, a selecting means 8 selects one of the paths. A determining means 9 determines devices to be assigned to the formula according to the retrieval result of the retrieval means 7 and the selection result of the selecting means 8. This is very effective when batch plant devices for many-kind and small-quantity production which change in formula frequently are assigned.</p> |
