<p>PURPOSE: To provide an image forming method capable of forming images stably over a long period of time with the decreased abrasion wear of a photoreceptor without the occurrence of image defects, such as fogging and black dots, over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: This image forming method comprises developing the image on the org. electrophotographic photoreceptor constituted by providing the surface of a conductive substrate with photosensitive layers by using toners consisting of at least a resin, coloring agents and release agent. The extreme surface layer of the org. electrophotographic photoreceptor contains spherical inorg. particles having Mohs hardness of >=5. The film strength of the photosensitive layers is 0.1 to 1μm in the depth of flaws when perpendicular load of 200g is applied thereon by using a diamond needle having a front end radius of 0.3mm. The release agent consists of low mol.wt. polyolefin contg. 40 to 70% polyolefin of <=4000 in number average mol.wt. (Mn) in terms of polystyrene.</p> |
