<p>The invention relates to a process for the production of magnetic particles forming ferrofluids substituted by ADMS (FFSH), said ferrofluids being directly or indirectly couplable by covalent binding to an effector, said process being characterized in that it comprises the following additional steps: a) the FFSS are centrifuged before peptidization, in a basic medium, of the flocculate formed during the addition of ADMS; b) the FFSS are then reduced by addition of dithiothreitol (DTT) at basic pH to form an FFSH mixture; c) the excess of DTT is eliminated by flocculation of FFSH at pH2, the FFSH retained by a magnet being then washed and resuspended in a PBS buffer.</p> |
