A roof accessory unit, esp. for a lining unit, comprises a support surface element (1 2) with >=1 guide slat (3.1, 3.4) on top which has a cut-back slot (9) for accommodating a foot of the accessory unit (30, 50). The support element consists of separate support (1) and carrier (2) units. The guide slats are located on the carrier unit. The guide slat unit (4) is fixed to the carrier on the support unit. The carrier and slats pref. consist of hard PVC, metal or a similar material.
