<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize the function for a long period by constituting the contact part with a slidable shaft or the whole as essential part, from the lubricating rubber composition in which thermoplastic fluororesin, florine rubber, fluorine- containing low molecular weight copolymers are compounded. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic fluororesin is a polymer which contains carbon chains in a main chain and has fluorine bonds in 2 side chain, and is preferably a polymer having at least one kind selected from among the group consisting of a tetrafluoroethylene polymer, etc. The fluorine rubber is a polymer or copolymer consisting of unit monomers containing at least one fluorine atom in average, and has a glass transition temperature below a room temperature and elasticity at a room temperature. The fluorine-containing low molecular weight polymer is the polyfluoroalkyl group containing compound which contains tetrafluoroethylene, etc. and has a molecular weight of 50,000 or less. Accordingly, a boot 1 has the excellent abrasion resistance characteristic because of the small frictional coefficient in the sliding movement of a caliper, and is hardly fatigued at the bellows part because of the rubber-like elasticity, and the supply of lubricating agent, etc., can be suspended for a long period because of the lubricity of itself.</p> |
