The transmit time oscillator is static. The transistor collector resistance is stabilised by an adjuster and the base-emitter resistance. The transit time line operates dynamically from 10 Kohm of a wave resistance with a transit time of 23,0415 nanosecs, or 69,1244 nanosecs as a feedback. The circuit is brought into oscillations at 21.7 MHz. The two capacitors are of decoupling capacitors. The synchronising effect FM noise can be suppressed during playback. Other interference can not be heard.
