The method checks if a user of the terminal hooks off a handset, and if the handset is hooked off, it displays a called number on a display part(3) as the user sends a telephone number of the called party using a keypad(1). Simultaneously the displayed number in a memory(4) is stored and outputs DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) tone to the called party through a DTMF generating/transmitting part(6). If there is the response from the called party, the memory(4) and the display part(3) is initialized. After that, if a telephone guide information from a guide is inputted as the DTMF signal through an office line, it displays the provided DTMF signal on the display part(3) and stores the same. If command signal for calling to the guided telephone number stored as the DTMF signal is inputted, a hook switch of the handset is on/off-operated of itself, then transmits the called number stored in the memory(4).
