The hand brake separately provided is moved upwardly to stop the driving of wheels by pulling a cable(not shown) and released when moved downwardly to the original position with a release button(2) pressed. In an operational lever(1), the hand brake release preventing apparatus includes a cap(11) coupled with the tip of the operational lever(1) to force the release button(2) to be pressed into a through hole(12) piercing the front side of the tip of the operational lever(11), projections(13) symmetrically projecting at the one end of the inner circumferential surface of the cap(11) and being inserted into a guide groove(14) symmetrically formed on the outer circumferential surface of the operational lever(1), and catching grooves(14a) provided on both ends of the guide groove(14) for fixing the positions of the projections(13).
