PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an interior material enhanced in the bonding strength of a polypropylene insert and urethane without applying primer treatment. SOLUTION: Water jet pretreatment is applied to the contact surface of a polypropylene insert 1 with urethane 5 to form an uneven rough surface 6 and the pretreated insert 1 and the urethane 5 are housed in a foaming mold 3 to perform the foam molding of the urethane between the insert 1 and a skin 4. |
