PURPOSE: To play a role for outer lighting even when a lighting lamp is put out in case when a circumference is bright and to reduce consumption of electric power by installing a fluorescent resin decorative member with a light transmitting property mixed with a fluorescent material in resin by facing an inside and an outside of an outside decorating plate and providing the lighting lamp on the inside of the outside decorating plate. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent resin decorating plate 12 as a fluorescent resin decorating member is inserted and fixed in cutouts 11a provided in a large number on an outside decorating plate 11 facing an inside and an outside of the outside decorating plate 11. This fluorescent resin decorating plate 12 has a fluorescent material mixed in resin and has a light transmitting property. A fluorescent lamp 14 is put out on a cage room outer lighting device in the case when outdoor or indoor natural light and lighting light are sufficiently bright. The fluorescent resin decorating plate 12, however, mainly takes outer light in the circumference from its main surface 12a, and as it converges light inside and emits light from an end surface 12b, it looks from outside to be lighted bright. Consequently, even when the fluorescent lamp 14 is put out, it is possible to play a role for outer lighting. |
