<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simple instructions whether a user discharges a sheet with the image forming face upward or downward, by discharging a sheet with the image forming face being upward or downward, according to a command from an image forming device. SOLUTION: When a printer receives image information (control data, mode selection data, image data, etc.) sent successively from an external device 5, a carrying control means 6 interprets mode selection data, and so, sends a paper feed command for sending recording paper of desired size from any one paper feed portion in a paper feed means 1 to a paper feed means 1. Image is formed on recording paper fed at specific intervals according to the paper feed command in an image forming portion, successively, according to image data. Then, in a carrying control means 6, recording paper instructed to be discharged to a paper feed/discharge means 3 is carried with priority to the paper feed/discharge means 3, bypassing the carrying to other paper discharge means 2, and so, image forming on both faces is smoothly made.</p> |
