<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a tape reel made of a reel lock member from being unlocked even by an impact produced when a tape cassette is dropped. CONSTITUTION: A tape cassette housing case 1 for housing a tape cassette 101 includes a reel lock member 108 for preventing tape reels 106, 107 from rotating with an engaged part engaged with engaging parts provided on the tape reels 106, 107 and a spring for exercising the reel lock member 108 toward the tape reels 106, 107 for holding the engaged part in an engaged state with the engaging parts. A reel lock member movement preventing pin 31 which enters a pin fitting part 143 of the reel lock member 108 when the tape cassette 101 is put into a cassette housing 16 for preventing the reel lock member 18 from moving toward a direction for unlocking is provided on an inner face of the cassette housing 16.</p> |
