PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waiting time and lowering of service generated by delivering a plurality of elevator cars to a landing where a crowd exists by stopping one deck on a floor where the crowd exists, in correspondence with each of two applicable decks of an optimum elevator car. SOLUTION: A control part 20 judges whether two decks in an optimum elevator car are applicable to a crowd. If both of two decks in the optimum elevator car are applicable to the crowd, this optimum elevator car is assigned to be applied to the crowd. The optimum elevator car stops one deck in correspondence with each of two applicable decks. As a result, the crowd can obtain expected service without moving a plurality of elevator cars in response to other calls of an elevator system so as to reduce waiting time and lowering of service generated at the time of delivering a plurality of elevator cars to a landing where the crow exists. |
