PURPOSE: To provide a welding method capable of easily and surely executing positioning of members to be welded at the time of welding and easily dealing with even the members to be welded of diversified sizes and external shapes. CONSTITUTION: A lead piece 26 is first stuck to the tacky adhesive surface 22 of a tacky adhesive tape 20 which is penetrated and formed with through- holes 24 at every prescribed interval along a longitudinal direction and has the tacky adhesive surface 22 in such a manner that this piece crosses the through-hole 24. The electrode surface of a flat battery 28 is then superposed on this lead piece 26. This battery 28 is stuck to the tacky adhesive surface 22 of the tacky adhesive tape 20. Further, the tacky adhesive surface 22 of the tacky adhesive tape 20 is irradiated with a laser from its rear side toward the through-hole 24, by which the lead piece 26 is welded and connected to the electrode surface of the battery 28. The battery 28 connected with the lead piece 26 is thereafter peeled from the tacky adhesive surface 22 of the tacky adhesive tape 20. |
