PURPOSE: To hold equipment positively in an optional position in the case of supporting the equipment by a rotary arm by providing two large diameter parts that can be engaged in unidirectional rotation, and small diameter parts provided on both sides of at least one large diameter part and kept out of engagement with the one-way clutch body side. CONSTITUTION: When a solenoid switch is operated to actuate a solenoid 13 to move a shaft 12 downward, large diameter parts 16 come off the positions of one-way clutch bodies 14, 15, and small diameter parts 17 come into the positions of the one-way clutch bodies 14, 15. In this case, the small diameter parts 17 are thin so as to be out of engagement with the one-way clutch bodies 14, 15 in any rotating direction, so that the one-way clutch bodies 14, 15 are rotatable without being restricted by the shaft 12, and a rotary arm 6 integral with the one-way clutch bodies 14, 15 is rotatable. A liquid crystal television fitted to the rotary arm 6 through an auxiliary arm can therefore be moved freely. |
