<p>PURPOSE: To remove concentrated drink remaining in a valve or an injection port to prevent it from being rotten by providing pipes for carbonated water and diluent water in a position and direction having a specific relation to a concentrated drink pipe and also by specifying discharge/stop timing. CONSTITUTION: A mixing bowl M and each set of a drink material pipe P, a solenoid S and a valve V are provided on a housing H of a drink extraction cock C, and an extraction control means comprising a push-button B or the like individually controls each of the solenoids S and mixes liquid extracted from an injection port O in the bowl M. At this time, a discharge stop delay means T delays discharge stop of carbonated water and diluent water discharged from the drink material pipe P from discharge stop of concentrated drink. In addition, diluent water and carbonated water is discharged along an inner wall of the mixing bowl M from the injection ports O of a diluent water pipe WP and a carbonated water pipe CP, while, on the other hand, the diluent water and carbonated water is discharged toward the injection port O of a concentrated drink pipe NP to wash out remaining concentrated drink.</p> |
