PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric clutch low in noise and excellent in durability, transmitting power positively while maintaining a coaxial state and having the function of a torque limiter in addition. SOLUTION: A driving shaft 6 with a driving frame 7, and a driven shaft 8 with a driven frame are fitted to each other, and in this state, the driven frame 9 is disposed opposedly to the driving frame 7, with a fine space. A piezoelectric element 10 fixed to the cylindrical side face 7a of one frame 7 is then driven and controlled to carry out transmission and cut-off of driving force from the driving side to the driven side intermittently and positively by frictional contact while maintaining a coaxial state. |
