<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a wall panel, which has excellent positional accuracy and to which post-working is hardly required, by beforehand burying the fixing principal section of a member for fixing the wall panel consisting of an inorganic cured body containing reactive pulverulent bodies and a specific pts.wt. of an alkali metallic silicic acid and water to a wall panel body so as not to be exposed on the rear side of the wall panel body. CONSTITUTION: A wall panel body 1 composed of 100 pts.wt. SiO2 -Al2 O3 inorganic pulverulent bodies and an inorganic cured body obtained by curing a thermosetting composition containing 0.2-450 pts.wt. alkali metallic silicate and 35-1500 pts.wt. water is molded. Reinforcing materials 2 are buried into the wall panel body 1 under the state, in which a plurality of vertical reinforcements 21 and a plurality of horizontal reinforcements 22 are assembled reticulately, and nuts 3 as members for fixing are buried so that only tapped hole sections are exposed to the rear side of the wall panel body 1. Accordingly, the nuts and the reinforcing bars are unified by welding, the nuts are not slipped off, and the durability of wall panel itself can be increased.</p> |
