PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always stabilize the frictional resistance of a regulator mechanism in a low level and increase the reliability of a preventive mechanism against jamming and miniaturize the drive motor. SOLUTION: A lifting rail 27 is vertically built in the inside space of a door. A lifting member 29 supporting a windglass as a unit is fitted in the lifting rail 27 through a sliding part 29a so as to be vertically movable. When the lifting member is tilted by an external force, a piezoelectric element 69 is fixed to the sliding part 29a newly getting in contact with the lifting rail 27. The regulator isolates the sliding part 29a from the lifting rail 27 electrically. An electric conductive wire 39 is fixed to the lifting member and one 71 of electrodes of the piezoelectric element 69 is connected to the sliding part 29a and the other electrode 71 is positioned to face the contact faces 67a, 67b of the lifting rail 27 and a voltage is applied between the lifting rail 27 and the wire 39. |
