The air sucked in the hiatus between the upper and lower blades(42,44) of the impeller(40), rotates along the flow of the air induction membrane(46) which is curved toward the running direction of the impeller, producing a vortex flow. The air rotating along the flow of the air induction membrane will be stopped at the projection(46a), so the air will be stored and inflated inside the groove(44a). After which, the air inflated in the groove(44a) by the continuous rotation of the impeller(40) and rotated promoted by the air induction membrane(46), sucked in will be accelerated by the projection(46a), and as the high pressure air is sucked in the electric motor, the suction power of the electric motor will be sequentially increased.
