PURPOSE: To provide a method of milling a chlorella powder while circulating to completely crush the cell wall and the device therefor. CONSTITUTION: The chlorella powder milled by plural mills 2 in a crushing column 1 provided in a flow passage of air passing between an air sucking port 3 and an exhauster 4 is sorted in particle size in a classifier 14, the powder within a prescribed particle size is recovered and the powder having large particle size out of the prescribed particle diameter is returned to a milling process to be milled. |
