发明名称 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH DIFFERENTIAL MECHANISM
摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce noise and vibration during driving in a power transmission device from a speed change mechanism to a differential mechanism. CONSTITUTION: An automatic aligning bearing 14 is arranged in the inner side of a cylinder part 12B protruded in an axis direction from a differential case 12, and an extension part 11E is overlapped on a flange part 12F radially extended from the cylinder part 12B to fix a ring gear 11 to the case 12 by a bolt 13. The gear 11 is pressed into the outer periphery of the flange part 12F to match the axis to surely provide an annular gap CL between the inner peripheral cylinder surface 11B and the cylinder part 12B of the extension part 11E. Since the load of the gear 11 is acted as vertical force to the flange part 12F to be transmitted as it is via, the automatic aligning bearing 14 to the cylinder part 32B of a transmission case 32, exciting force in a horizontal direction is inhibited from acting to the cross section of the gear 11 even in a high load condition.
