<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electric fusion joint wherein terminal pin holding members are arranged in terminal holding member housing sections in an undetachable manner and attaching and detaching of the terminal pin holding members are easy. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing an electric fusion joint, a heating wire 3 is wound on a peripheral face of a core 1, the core 1 is arranged in dividable outer molds 2, terminal pins 4 mounted on both ends of the heating wire 3 are respectively inserted into terminal pin holding members 5 so as to be held and the terminal pin holding members 5 are arranged in terminal holding member housing sections 22a, the outer molds 2 are closed, and a resin is injected in a state that the terminal pin holding members 5 are pinched by both outer molds 2. The terminal pin holding members 5 are held in the terminal holding member housing sections 22a by a magnet 51.</p> |
