The appts. contains gas and oxygen pipes and non-return valves built into the adjoining housing. Flame resistant inserts of sintered metal are located in the vicinity of the regulating valves. In plan view the handle is arched with the surface tapering towards the ends of the arch. Its top surface is made up of circular arcs which get larger towards the rear end. There are two points of inflexion on its bottom surface, with at least two concave and one convex contour.
