After setting the wireless mobile telephone to the theft alarm mode, turns off the engine, so the wireless mobile phone is automatically cut off the source of power. From now on the detection control part(100) start up detects the start up of the car. When the theft alarm mode is not released, if the start up power source is detected, the wireless mobile phone is automatically powered and the central processing unit(102) turns off the telephone monitor(LCD) and all other key tones. And if the user receives a theft message, the user inputs a secret number which is detected by the DTMF signal detector(101), then the central processing unit(102) controls the start up control part(100) and cuts off the power source.
