In case that a dial tone of the external phone is inputted, the microcomputer(80) waits for the designated times of the calling sound and connects the communication line(10). If the key input of the external phone asks about the gas discharging state, the microcomputer decides the state of the gas discharging by the state of the gas sensor(40). In case of the no discharging state, the microcomputer outputs the voice signal saying no problem to the external phone, and outputs the high level control signal to the control part(60) and keeps the solenoid valve closed. In case of the discharging state, the microcomputer outputs the voice signal saying that the valve is opened to the external phone, and outputs the low level control signal to the control part(60). Then the relay of the control part(60) works, the solenoid valve is powered and is closed.
