There is provided a method of controlling an automatical temperature regulating system, comprising steps of setting a set point and an alarm point upon controlling a PID and a two position; setting a proportional constant upon controlling the PID, a first setting mode for setting an integral and differential time, a marking according to a kind of sensor and an upper and lower input limit, and an alarm hysteresis value; controlling an output by a control operation with the set point base on a data obtained from the sensor, wherein a setting of each parameter in each mode is performed by a key operation or is remotely controlled by a computer communicated through a communication interface.
