The reinforcing structure of vehicle bumper is provided for increasing shock absorbability against the front and lateral collision, especially by using a spring and lateral reinforcement material. The structure comprises a front reinforcing member(6) having a C-shaped body(6c) and a fixing part(6a) with an insertion hole(6b), and a lateral reinforcing member(7) having an expansion flange(7a) prolonged to a lateral flange(7b) . The front reinforcing member is fixed to the support frame(1) with a C-shaped guide plate(3) by a number of bolts(5) with springs(8). The lateral reinforcing member is fixed to the side surface of the support frame by a couple of bolts(5) and nuts(5a). The C-shaped guide plate(3) having prolonged guide pipes(4) in its central portion is prepared between the front reinforcing member and the end of the support frame.
