PURPOSE: To provide a gas flowmeter which can measure the gas consumption amount of individual gas apparatuses by one gas flowmeter. CONSTITUTION: A gas flowmeter 11 is attached to a gas pipe so as to measure the flow rate of a gas. The gas flowmeter is provided with a pressure sensor 20 which measures the pressure of the gas, with a gas-pressure-change detection program 25 which detects the frequency of the gas-pressure change of the pressure sensor 20, with a gas-pressure-change-frequency storage means 26 which is connected to the gas pipe and which stores the frequency of a gas-pressure change generated by a gas engine heat pump which consumes the gas and with a gas-consumption-amount computing program 27 which computes the gas consumption amount of the gas engine heat pump on the basis of the change flow rateΔQ of the gas when the frequency detected by the gas-pressure-change detection program 25 agrees with the gas-change frequency stored by the gas- pressure-change frequency storage means 26.
