FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: open-type gas-dynamic plant dispensing with housing, compressor, and combustion chamber has its basic parts mounted on common shaft 7 for using dynamic jet of incoming flow affording great diametral burning process over annular burner 5 and power torque formed in the process from arm of shaft 7 to blades 9 of power turbine 8. Translational movement, when running as wind-electric power plant, causes additional increase in power capacity; heating of entire construction will make it possible to dispense with deicing system, use all kinds of combustible gases, provide for operation as wind-electric plant when fuel is not available.
