METHOD OF DRYING DISSOLVED OR SUSPENSION SUBSTANCE

FIELD: drying of dissolved or suspension substances in various solvents. SUBSTANCE: dissolved substances are extracted from solutions by heating them first to temperature 10 to 20 C below their boiling points or decomposition points; this stage is performed at atmospheric or increased pressure. Then solution (suspension) is additionally heated by 30 to 40 C, after which it is subjected to vacuum treatment. Since substances being dried are subjected to action of elevated temperature for a short period of time, they are not subjected to thermal decomposition or destruction. EFFECT: simplified process of drying.
