An additional erase document is prepared by the reutilizing processing of treasure (SO7-SO9). A reutilizing production specification is prepared (SO10), producing person discrimination is performed and the additional erase document is prepared by reutilizing processing (SO11-SO13). Afterwards, a proposal statement to be compared with the request specification is prepared by performing inverse transformation (SO14), end/continuation is discriminated (SO16) through refine/treasure production (SO15) and corresponding to the result, processing is finished or continued.
