CONSTITUTION: When the potential at the A terminal of a power source 1 is a half wave higher than the potential of the B terminal, and the signal of a device 10 is inputted to an element 4, a current flows through the power source 1, the element 4, a detector 31, a diode 7, and a load 2. When the load 2 is in a cold state in this case, a large current flows to the load 2. The current flowing to the load 2 is detected by the detector 31, and when the detected value reaches to the standard value of a power source 33, a comparing signal is outputted, and it is inputted to a device 12. As a result, a thyrister 8 is turned on. When the signal reaches to the standard value of a power source 34, the second signal is inputted to the device 12, the stop of the driving signal of the element 4 is instructed from the device 12 to the device 10, and the element 4 is turned off.</p> |
