PURPOSE: To facilitate the construction of the grounding using a grounding resistance reducing agent, surely stay and solidify the grounding agent, and hold a stable grounding resistance value for a long period by mixing a proper quantity of a solution of a moisture-curing material adding a gelling time retarder to a specified grounding resistance reducing agent according to the using state. CONSTITUTION: A solution A of grounding resistance reducing agent containing silica sol which has a low viscosity and excellent permeability to ground is mixed with a solution B in which a gelling time retarder containing phosphate and/or organic acid is mixed to a moisture-curing material generating a calcium- contained hydrate such as calcium aluminate hydrate at grounding construction. The silica sol and the phosphate and/or organic acid of the gelling time retarder are increased and decreased within ranges of 20-80, 1-5, 0.2-5 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the moisture-curing material, respectively, according to the using state. Thus, even in a deep grounding work of 3m or more, the reducing agent can be stayed and solidified in the circumference of a grounding electrode while suppressing the loss to the outside. |
