PURPOSE: To provide a photopolymerizable compsn. having superior stability as well as high sensitivity by incorporating a heterocyclic thiol compd. into a compsn. CONSTITUTION: A heterocyclic thiol compd. is incorporated into a photopolymerizable compsn. contg. a compd. having at least one addition- polymerizable ethylenically unsatd. double bond and a photopolymn. initiation system consisting of a titanocene compd. and a sensitizer capable of sensitizing the titanocene compd. The heterocyclic thiol compd. is a compd. having a structure formed by substituting a mercapto group for part of a heter ocyclic compd. and it is preferably 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, 2-mercaptobenzoxazole or 2- mercaptobenzimidazole.
