PURPOSE: To provide a finder device capable of using the same optical system for both as an optical system for detecting eye information related to diopter scale and an optical system for range-finding, i.e., measuring an object distance in a finder optical system and capable of being made small in size low in cost. CONSTITUTION: This finder device is provided with the finder optical system 14 having an objective optical system lens and an eyepiece optical system lens so as to observe an object 10 and an mirror 18 disposed in the optical system 14. By receiving light from the object 10 or projecting the light toward the object 10, the distance to the object 10 is measured by a range-finding part 22. Besides, information related to the eyes of an observer 12 is detected by a diopter scale detection part 20. |
